Topography

Recently I discovered (January 2006) a set of medium format negatives that were taken 4 or 5 years back when I'd occasionally take my Yashicamat 124G out for a stroll, over the years I got out of the habit. I'm so used to 35mm that when I saw the scans from the 6x6 negatives the quality took my breath away. So out I went and bought a couple of rolls of 120 film and reacquainted myself with the ways of a much more sedate form of photography than I've become accustomed to.

Below are a few of the rediscovered pictures along with more recent ones, hopefully over the coming weeks I'll keep motivated and add to these. All were taken in Edinburgh.

All taken using a Yashicamat 124G

amended 20 September 2006.
